Introduction
 
'Erindor' is a private dwelling house offering accommodation in one double bedroom suitable for a maximum of two guests. The house dates from 1820 and enjoys structural features of the period. The following statement is a summary of the provision. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to telephone and I will endeavour to help.

The property is situated on the High Street in Lavenham. There is an hourly bus service to neighbouring villages and towns operating Monday to Saturday.

The nearest train station is 15 minutes away by car at Sudbury via Colchester.

There is a local taxi service if required. I can make a booking for you.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

There is no designated parking space for 'Erindor'. Parking is roadside outside the property.

The village does have a free car park which can be used overnight if desired after dropping luggage - 10 minutes walk.

The front door has one step 23cm high.

The front door is always locked. The door is 75 cm wide. Bell to left hand side.

Lounge/breakfast area and stairs covered in close nap carpet.

Stairs to 1st floor lead off lounge and are 87cm wide, turning to left.

Hand rail to R/H side. Treads 20 cm high x 19 cm deep - top stair is 17cm deep.
